ANSAM acquires NJ Informatique and strengthens its strategy for small businesses
The ANSAM Group, a major player in ICT services and digital transformation in French-speaking Switzerland, acquires the Yverdon-based provider NJ Informatique, specialized in IT services for small businesses in the northern Vaud region.
NJ Informatique's founder, Mr. Julien Dubi, joins Idros in a local entrepreneurial role. He will continue to support his clients and develop our presence in the northern Vaud region with the support and expertise of all companies in the ANSAM Group.
ANSAM is formalizing its strategy dedicated to SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises with 1-20 employees), combining local and personalized service with standardized IT products and processes. ANSAM aims to become the leading player in French-speaking Switzerland for SMEs through its Idros brand.
